Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tours, combos and transport services booked with Vietnam Travel Tourism, operated by Viet Nam Travel Tourism Company Limited (business registration number 0202312241, 165 Nui Ngoc Street, Cat Ba Town, Hai Phong City, Vietnam) (“we”, “us”) through vietnamtraveltourism.com, WhatsApp, email or other channels. By sending a booking request you agree to these terms.

1. Booking requests and confirmation

Sending a booking request on our website does not charge you anything and is not yet a confirmed booking. After receiving your request, our team checks availability and contacts you by WhatsApp or email with the final price and payment details. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive our written confirmation and the agreed payment has been made.

2. Prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) per person unless stated otherwise.
• Children: infants aged 0–2 travel free, children aged 3–5 pay 50% and children aged 6–11 pay 75% of the adult price. Travellers aged 12 and over pay the adult price, unless a tour page states otherwise.
• Prices may change because of season, group size, promotions or supplier changes. The price in our written confirmation is the price you pay.
• Items listed as “Not included” on the tour page (for example personal expenses, tips or travel insurance) are not covered by the tour price.

3. Payment

We will send you the available payment methods and the amount due when we confirm your booking. Please do not send any payment before you have received our confirmation.

4. Cancellation and changes by you

• Unless a tour page or your confirmation states a different policy, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour and receive a full refund of any amount paid.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows, are not refundable.
• Requests to change your travel date or number of travellers depend on availability. Please contact us as early as possible.

5. Changes and cancellations by us

Tours may be changed, delayed or cancelled because of weather, sea conditions, official instructions or other events outside our control. Your safety comes first. If we cancel a tour before it starts, we will offer you another date, an alternative tour, or a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.

6. Your responsibilities

• Please provide correct names, contact details and pickup information, and be on time at the agreed pickup point.
• Some tours include physical activities such as kayaking, swimming, hiking or riding a motorbike. Please read the tour description and tell us about any health condition before booking.
• For self-guided motorbike activities you must hold a valid motorbike licence recognised in Vietnam and ride carefully and in line with local traffic law. You are responsible for riding safely and for any fines.
• You are responsible for having a valid passport, visa and travel insurance for your trip. We strongly recommend insurance that covers medical costs, cancellation and the activities you take part in.

7. Liability

We work with licensed partners such as cruise operators, hotels and transport companies and take care to choose reliable services. We are not responsible for loss, injury or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, by your own actions, or by the failure to follow the instructions of our guides and crew.
